Take Some Time, Clear Your Mind and LAUGH with Kathleen
In my 20th year of software sales, I was delayed on a flight to an important meeting. Again. On this 2nd consecutive day of flight delays, I sat in the airport feeling complete inertia. I had planned and practiced my presentation to wow my audience and close a large year-end project. With the realization I wouldn’t be able to fly there to deliver, I spontaneously started to giggle.
Once I started laughing a bit, I realized my state of mind was lighter. There was nothing I could do about the circumstance, but I could surely create a little levity around it.
I investigated the science of laughter, and discovered there exists a dedicated practice called Laughter Yoga-helping people enjoy the physical and psychological benefits of laughter. I started practicing and was fascinated by the positive outcomes of people making eye contact and laughing together.
Since life rewards action, I got certified as a Laughter Yoga Leader in 2019. Since then, I’ve been providing open Zoom workshops, as well as in-person Corporate team building and wellness programs.
Companies bring me in to help set the stage for a focused and productive meeting. I provide a 35–45-minute program that is ideal as a morning kickoff, or post-lunch pick-me-up.
It is my delight to guide your team through a series of exercises to awaken your intrinsic ability to laugh- leaving you inspired, energized, and focused.
You are capable. You are joyful. You are here.
We offer sessions both in-person and online, 3 times per week.
